Fix two "Using a macro as first argument cancels effect of .Li" man page warnings
These were observed in https://udd.debian.org/lintian/?packages=rgbds and can be reproduced by running: for f in man/*; do echo $f LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 MANROFFSEQ='' MANWIDTH=120 \ man --warnings -E UTF-8 -l -Tutf8 -Z "$f" >/dev/null done
