bison fails when trying to output a parser and a header under the
same name.
* src/files.c (compute_output_file_names): Refuse when parser and
header have the same name.
* src/getargs.c (AS_FILE_NAME): New.
(getargs): Use it to convert DOSish file names.
* src/files.c (base_name): Rename as full_base_name to avoid
clashes with `base_name ()'.
